Mount Saint Joseph High School

Terms of use

These are the operating terms for the Nexus school workspace.

Who may use the pilot

Access requires Google sign-in and a school invitation issued for that exact email address. School operators manage membership, roles, classes, and access status.

Using Nexus

Use Nexus lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to harm others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or upload material you do not have permission to use. Access may be limited or suspended to keep the pilot and its users safe and available.

Model output

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Review sources and verify important information before relying on an answer. Nexus is not a substitute for qualified professional advice or emergency services.

Safety alerts

Nexus checks student messages for signs of self-harm, abuse, or danger. When it flags a message, the student sees crisis resources, and, depending on the school's settings, a safety contact named by the school can read it. These safety alerts are an extra layer of support, not a guarantee or a replacement for school staff. The check can miss concerning messages, alerts can be delayed, and Nexus does not contact emergency services, parents, or any authority.

Pilot availability

Features, model availability, limits, and the service itself may change, pause, or stop. The privacy notice describes current handling of identity, prompts, files, storage, and deletion for the school deployment.
